The LOC has made reservations for app. 50 international participants and have backed up the reservation with some advanced payments sourced by the LOC. This serves to secure bookings for participants at the hotels. Information on how to pay for hotel accommodation will be forthcoming and must be done through the LOC.

The LOC through the University of Ilorin has negotiated reduced prices of accommodation at the three hotels and thus average cost will be 25 USD per night.
